Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

Returns are subject to conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and to which the package should be sent. We do not accept items returned without prior notice.

Damage and Problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We apologize, but we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item when the return is accepted.

Refunds We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and post refunds.
